How a simple idea became a movement
"We believed there had to be a better way for service businesses to manage appointments than playing phone tag and juggling paper calendars."
It started in 2023, in Toronto. As a DevOps Associate and Full Stack Developer, I, Daniel Sarpong, kept seeing the same problem everywhere: talented service professionals spending more time on phone calls and administrative work than actually serving their clients.
Having worked in technology, I knew we could do better. Why were businesses still using paper calendars and playing phone tag in 2023? How many opportunities were being missed? That's when I decided to build the solution myself.
Fast forward to today: Shosh is helping service businesses across Canada reclaim their time, grow their revenue, and fall back in love with their work. But we're just getting started.
